FFT welcomes the continuation of the Local Welfare Assistance fund across England and Wales. With 42 local authorities resigning contracts for a further year, FFT expects to provide fulfilment support for over 80,000 orders over the next 12 months.

During 2013/15 FFT provided fulfilment support for over 126,000 orders for over 500,000 items.

Washing Machines and Cookers were amongst the most requested items, along with emergency cash for daily living expenses.
