Coronavirus and Family Fund Business Services’ work

Updated Thursday 26 March

On Monday 23 March, the Government enacted stricter social distancing measures to reduce the spread of the Coronavirus.

We want to reassure our customers that we are doing all we can to ensure we maintain our service level agreements, whilst protecting staff and beneficiaries.

Since Monday 23 March, all FFBS staff have been working from home to ensure the continuation of our service and to comply with government guidelines regarding the recent isolation measures.  We are fortunate that our service is cloud-based and therefore we are able to deliver the Helpdesk service remotely, with no disruption to service. Our operations and Helpdesk service team are working hard to deliver increased volumes of orders and our Account Managers are also on hand to resolve any queries or concerns our customers may have during this time.

The majority of FFBS suppliers continue to operate normal fulfilment services. Where there are any temporary amendments to service levels, these will be communicated directly to customers and we will continue to provide timely and regular updates.

We would like to thank all of our customers for their continued support during this difficult time. Our customers and their beneficiaries remain at the heart of everything we do, and we hope that you all remain safe and well.

From all of us here at Family Fund Business Services.
