Delivering excellent customer service
Our inclusion recognises the impact of our investment in a new Helpdesk and CRM system in 2020, both of which have strengthened our customer service provision. Our clients are at the heart of everything we do and the introduction of a customised system has transformed our Helpdesk service delivery, allowing us to help our customers even more efficiently.
One of our company values is to be innovative and we recognise the importance of continuous improvement to provide ongoing service excellence to customers. Part of the customisation of the Helpdesk system was to build in the ability to collect real time customer feedback, helping to support our culture of continuous improvement.
Our web-based online ordering portal for the fulfilment of emergency and everyday goods and services is another example of the way we use technology to set us apart in our sector.
The service is fast, efficient and provides tangible value for money, ensuring funds are maximised to benefit more beneficiaries. Customers can log in to the portal from any location 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to place an order, making the process easy and we offer a one-stop-shop where customers can access goods and services from seven different suppliers in one system.
