About the awards

The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards are the most prestigious awards of its kind in the UK, and are run by The Institute of Customer Service, which is the professional body for customer service. The awards recognise organisations who are committed to providing excellent customer service and have implemented strategies to achieve this.

The Trusted Quality Provider Award celebrates organisations who pride themselves on the excellence of their customer service, and are trusted by customers to deliver this service.

FFBS’ commitment to customer service

Being shortlisted for the Trusted Quality Provider Award highlights FFBS’ commitment to providing quality customer service to our clients, as well as the high level of trust that our clients have in us to deliver this service.

Every client has a dedicated account manager who they will have regular meetings with, which are tailored to suit them. The account manager serves as a point of contact for clients, which ensures that a strong working relationship is maintained with FFBS. Our helpdesk is also on hand to provide day-to-day support, by answering any queries that may arise. This means that our clients are well-looked after, and always know where they can go to access support if needed.

Delivering quality service is vital to FFBS’ continued success, ensuring that our clients will continue to choose us. It is also important for us to continually evaluate the quality of our customer service, which we do through our annual client satisfaction surveys. The results of the 2022 survey speak for themselves: 100% of clients said they have been Very Satisfied or Satisfied with FFBS over the past 12 months, and 95% of clients rated both FFBS’ Account Management and General Communication as Excellent or Good.

I know that everyone in FFBS and our support teams are committed to delivering great service and this shortlisting recognises that, with a specific focus in our submission on the incredible efforts of our client facing colleagues, including those that work on the helpdesk and our account managers.”
