Company update, Family Fund Business Services
“As we reach the end of what has been a year of insecurity and change for many in the UK, I would like to reflect on what Family Fund Business Services has delivered in 2022.
The 2021-22 financial year was our most successful ever and saw FFBS supporting customers to deliver £76.8 million of grant-awarded items to over 700,000 households, resulting in £2.8 million gifted to our parent charity Family Fund.
With the continuing cost of living crisis, there has been unprecedented demand for our services, highlighting the importance of the work we do. We are committed to providing the best service we can to our clients, saving them time and money, and delivering support quickly to beneficiaries. Ensuring that everyone gets through this period of economic uncertainty is a team effort, and we are lucky at FFBS to work with suppliers, clients and colleagues who are passionate about making a difference and determined to make life easier for those in need.
This year we have been shortlisted for five awards, including a customer service award. We are proud that the hard work of our team has been recognised, and these nominations have provided us with an opportunity to celebrate together and acknowledge the achievements of each and every member of the FFBS family.
Finally, I would like to wish all our clients, suppliers, and my FFBS colleagues a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I can’t wait to see what 2023 – our 10th anniversary year – has in store.”
