Based in York, Family Fund Business Services is the UK’s leading fulfilment and grant administration provider, supporting families raising disabled or seriously ill children and young people across the UK.
We are looking for a Communications and Marketing Officer to help deliver successful communications and marketing strategies and campaigns for Family Fund Business Services.
You will develop and deliver Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) online and offline campaigns, content and evaluations which will drive brand awareness, realise new business opportunities, and engage new stakeholders. You will collaborate with colleagues right across the business to create and monitor engaging campaign ideas, news stories, website content, social media posts and engaging business reports as well as wider day-to-day engagement activity.
To join our team you will need experience of writing wide-ranging content for online and offline channels in a public facing organisation. You will also need experience of writing B2B content and you will be confident in creating and scheduling content for social media, email marketing campaigns, website content management systems, effective SEO and Google Analytics.
