Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) is the trading subsidiary of Family Fund, the UK’s largest charity providing grants to families raising disabled or seriously ill children. FFBS builds on the grant administration expertise of the charity to provide fulfilment services to charities, local authorities and other public and third sector organisations across the UK. All the profits from FFBS are gifted to Family Fund. Joining the team at this time, you will play a vital role in providing operational support to ensure we continue to offer important fulfilment services when they are needed most.
We are looking for a Head of Client Relationships to join Family Fund Business Services. The role will involve building and maintaining strategic relationships with key FFBS clients, partners and customers to optimise service delivery and contribute to the success of FFBS. In this role you will lead and manage third party client accounts both directly and through the Account Management Team to ensure account development, service quality, operational change and promotional activity objectives are achieved. You will oversee delivery of contractual SLAs and KPIs ensuring contractual terms are adhered to and client expectations met.
Other responsibilities include:
- Manage and coordinate the on-boarding of new key client contracts and develop the necessary stakeholder relationships, communication links and associated resources to oversee the relationship and deliver the requirements of the contract.
- Line manage the Account Management team, providing leadership and strategic direction across the account management function.
- Develop and deliver an Account Management strategy in order to meet client expectations and optimise delivery of business objectives and performance indicators.
- Represent FFBS at key Client Relationship and Board Meetings as required and promote positive and collaborative working relationships.
This role will be a hybrid role – it will involve a combination of office and home working.
To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate both extensive experience in relationship management and an effective track record in operations. You must have experience of managing a diverse workload, often under tight timescales and meeting personal income generation targets. Experience of presenting and influencing at Executive Board Level is also essential. You must be degree educated or have an equivalent qualification or demonstrable experience at a Head of Function or Strategic level. You must also have the ability to communicate with a high level of emotional intelligence and be extremely resilient and have the ability to remain motivated when under pressure to deliver.
