Once you’re set up on our system, it’s as simple as placing an order through our online Portal then our trusted suppliers will provide the voucher or payment directly to the recipient.

Our products

Energy vouchers

We work with PayPoint to provide a cashless gas and electricity top-up service. Vouchers of up to £49 can be sent via SMS text message or email and scanned for emergency top-ups via a key or card meter.

Cash-out services

Cash-out services

Our cash-out services with PayPoint enable small awards of £1-£100 to be made quickly and easily. Sent as a unique, one-time-use code via SMS text message, awards can be redeemed at 28,000 locations across the UK and traced to check where they have been cashed.

BACS payments

BACS payments

Need to pay a bill on someone’s behalf, or pay rent in advance? For payments over £100, our comprehensive BACS Service means that we can make the payment on your behalf, ensuring creditors are paid quickly and easily.

Account management

All our customers are supported by a dedicated Account Manager, who will give training on using the Portal, answer any questions you may have and help you get the most out of working with us.

Our Helpdesk team are available from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday to help with any order amendments or queries.
