Family Fund Business Services was established in 2013, to share the grant administration and fulfilment expertise developed by Family Fund over 43 years. Through our collective buying power and efficient, industry-leading fulfilment processes, we provide easy access to thousands of discounted products and services, helping our customers save time and money and ensuring quick and effective delivery to those that need them most.
Our online portal provides a one-stop-shop, allowing organisations to access a huge range of goods and services in one place, reducing their administration costs and creating tangible savings.
We have supported our customers by helping over 180,000 beneficiaries and their families’ access more than 1 million grant items and services. Our fulfilment model also means that we have returned over £1 million to our customers since 2013. At the same time, we have generated over £2.9 million in gifted profit for our parent charity, Family Fund, the UK’s leading charity supporting families with disabled or seriously ill children.
