Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) is the commercial arm of Family Fund, created to channel resources back into supporting families raising disabled children. Family Fund is a national charity working to improve the day-to-day lives of families raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person.
BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme
Together with our parent charity, we deliver the BBC Children in Need Emergency Essentials Programme which supports children and young people in crisis. The programme provides items that meet a child’s most basic needs – from a bed to sleep in or a cooker to provide a hot meal, to other items and services critical to a child’s wellbeing.

Family Fund Business Services (FFBS) exists to make a difference. Partnering with councils, housing associations, and socially driven organisations, we deliver essential household items and energy vouchers to those who need them most.
Appliances & white goods
From fridges to washing machines, we offer a wide range of kitchen appliances and household electrical items; providing choice, value for money and extended warranties. All items are installed at the time of delivery, with any old or redundant items removed and recycled.
Furniture
We provide high-quality furniture to suit all properties and budgets. From beds and bedroom furniture to sofas and coffee tables, all of our products are delivered ready-assembled or can be assembled at the point of delivery.
Homeware & nursery items
Household items and soft furnishings are essential to making a house feel like a home. From cutlery, pots and pans to bedding, blinds, curtains and nursery items; we have a full range of products to suit all colour schemes and property types.
Food vouchers
We supply eVouchers for four of the leading UK supermarkets. Securely delivered by email, the vouchers provide flexibility and choice, ensuring that beneficiaries can select a store that best meets their needs.
Cash-out services
Our cash-out services with PayPoint enable small awards of £1-£100 to be made quickly and easily. Sent as a unique, one-time-use code via SMS text message, awards can be redeemed at 28,000 locations across the UK and traced to check where they have been cashed.
BACs payments
Need to pay a bill on someone’s behalf, or pay rent in advance? Our comprehensive BACS Service means that we can make the payment on your behalf, ensuring creditors are paid quickly and easily.
Energy vouchers
We work with PayPoint and Post Office to provide a cashless gas and electricity top-up service. Vouchers can be sent via SMS text message or email and scanned for emergency top-ups via a key or card meter.
Clothing vouchers
We offer two solutions for providing clothing to those in need. Beneficiaries can be sent physical clothing cards or eVouchers delivered via email; both can be redeemed online or in a range of high street stores.
Flooring
We offer flooring nationwide, with measurement and fitting included, so you can offer flooring to residents with peace of mind.
Technology & devices
From computers and laptops to tablets and printers, you can choose from a range of individual devices or opt for one of our all-inclusive bundles with technical support packages included.
Home vouchers
Grant eVouchers to a range of home improvement retailers including B&Q, Ikea and Wickes. eVouchers are sent securely by email to the recipient. We can also offer a physical Home & Garden Favourites card for digitally excluded beneficiaries.
Argos & Amazon vouchers
For customers looking for more flexibility with their grant fulfilment, we work with Argos to provide beneficiaries with eVouchers. Vouchers are sent securely by email to the recipient and can be redeemed online or at Argos’ network of over 880 retail stores. We also offer Amazon eVouchers, issued via email, giving you an additional way to support beneficiaries to purchase a variety of essential items.
