About the awards
The UK Customer Satisfaction Awards is an initiative from The Institute of Customer Service, designed to recognise and celebrate exceptional customer service across the UK. The institute is a UK professional body for customer service professionals. The awards recognise organisations who are committed to providing excellent customer service, and can demonstrate evidence of their success.
The Trusted Quality Provider category we’ve been shortlisted for celebrates organisations who are trusted by clients to consistently deliver quality goods and excellent customer service. We’re delighted that, once again, our trusted status is being highlighted on a national stage- something we’re really proud of.

Being shortlisted again for this award builds on our track record of national recognition of our exceptional service.
To maintain a high-quality service, we’re continually monitoring our service and client satisfaction levels and one way we measure this is through our annual client satisfaction survey. In 2023, we received our best survey results yet, receiving a Net Promoter Score of 82.35, which means our client satisfaction is rated ‘Excellent’.
Some other key indicators of the level of quality we are delivering includes:
